There are very few Bitcoin wallets in Windows phone 8.1os. Try using blockchain.info or greenwallet on your browser. It is far more convenient than using those apps.

You are right but I think Copay is a good wallet and I don't recommend using the 1^st wallet I listed.

there's a blockchain app for windows mobile.
also there's a coinbase app https://www.coinbase.com/apps/533767957a61c04ecf0009a2

also on windows phone there's 2 apps I found.
1 is no more available to download u could search its version no. for other download links. the other is available but costs around $2.

I finally decide to use blockchain. info online wallet.

Make an encrypted-backup of your wallet and remember the password or save an unencrypted-backup somewher safe(where no one can find easily).
