YTS, formerly known as YIFI, is hands down the best torrent site for movies. I've been downloading YIFI movies since before they launched their site and the quality of their work is second to none (for the size) and you never have to worry about fake files or viruses. For other types of files, I use Kickass or Torrentz. Torrentfunk is cool too, they've got a pretty solid torrent verification system.
