Exit nodes of altcoins

Hello everybody,
I would like to ask, if somebody knows how to find exit nodes of so many altcoins as possible. I need it for application, which can write transaction thru Javascript like BitcoinJS, but I don't have so many servers for all native applications of all altcoins.
