Which exchange is most American-friendly? I'm looking for one that processes deposits/withdraws pretty quickly. Thoughts?

I would have to say CoinBase...you cant instantly withdraw your bitcoin to your bank ensuring that you get market value, and if you have a credit card then you can enable instant bitcoin purchases.

Coinbase, OKCoin and Bitfinex are worth checking out.

It all depends on what volume you are looking to buy in some ways.

If only a small amount then stick with Coinbase.

Have to assume you mean Bitcoin exchange? if so then like post above said Coinbase or Bitfinex are a good choice, i personally use BTC-e which are also very good.

If you are looking for altcoin exchange then Poloniex and Bittrex would have to be the best for me imo and also they are based in the US.

Happy trading

What about for Canadian users. Which one of these exchanges is best suited for Canadian residents?
