My new r box

I am totally frustrated and lost. Would love any help. Followed you tube video to a t. Downloaded cgminer4.5 to run the new r box, btw also tried 4.8 and 4.9 same results. Starts up attempts to start hashing and then gives a usb err -9  libusb_error_pipe and goes zombie. Any ideas Plz?
Command line is as follows cgminer.exe --Icarus-options 115200:1:1 -o statum.btcguild.com:3333 -u name -p x --rock-freq 325.

I had this problem on 2 different occasions. I have 3 usb ports on my laptop. The one I had the r-box plugged into had a problem and wouldn't read it. Plugged into a different port and it worked. The second time I had this problem, after 3 days of compiling new versions of cgminer come to find out, the power supply was bad. In both cases it was a hardware issue. Also as a side note, am I correct in assuming you ran zadig?
