Dunno. It's time to read up on the Singaporean legal system I guess. I am hoping when they do a trial, we will be able to see transparently every piece of evidence, opinions, etc, or something like that.

i read this post and i was like, holy shit buy buy buy!

If it went to trial here in Australia - which is where Zhou is studying - it would barely make the news.  If it got any decent coverage, it would be in the technology sections of the newspapers.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

It will quote Zhou: "Dingo ate my bitcoins!"

And the latest twist is that some Chinese guy has supposedly admitted to stealing the funds from MtGox and will return most of them if the police are not involved...

Bitcoin Fact: the price of bitcoin will not be greater than $70k for more than 25 consecutive days at any point in the rest of recorded human history.

I don't believe Z, sorry.
I think he's more trustworthy than the people at aurumxchange, who are known for baselessly attacking competing businesses before. In fact, a substantial portion of aurumxchange's posts seem to involve blaming other individuals or organizations.

If aurumxchange wishes to clear up their reputation in my eyes and allow their word to be trusted as anything but bullshit, they can post some actual evidence of their accusations.

Disclaimer: I am not involved in any competing business, nor have an interest in Bitcoinica or any of Zhou Tong's endeavors. Neither have I endorsed Zhou's statements. I claim no evidence falsifying aurumxchange's statements, however inconsistent and malignantly motivated they may seem. I am posting this merely as an expression of my own opinion.
