yep it is but it can give some profit if you know when to quit

The only way to have fun is to gamble only with the money you can afford to lose and all you need to win is luck. I saw a guy on a dice site once bet 1.6 BTC on 10x and he got lucky and won 16 BTCtc (btc was around $700 at that time) straight away. Later he told that he had accidentally hit the max bet button but his luck made him rich.

Whatever martingale you use, house edge(banker) is always the winner.

even if you have an enormous bankroll, there is always a limitation of a max bet in a gambling site so martingale in a long run is not profittable
