FaucetBOX also provide faucet script, but if you don't like the design, you could use Microwallet script with FaucetBOX API.

When using Microwallet script with faucetbox API, you will need to change some things as Microwallet have usernames other than BTC address but Faucetbox only have BTC address as username for Bitcoin faucets.
