Bitcoin itself would not be the best cryptocurrency for this, as it is not completely anonymous nor does it have fast confirmation times. It would be better if there were a dedicated altcoin for this.

I don't think any dedicated altcoin or crypto is needed for porn industry, bitcoin can provide enough anonymity and privacy for its users. As watching porn is not associated with any types of crime or off the law things in many country so there is no chance for investigation/tracking regarding this. You can also use bitcoin mixers if you need more anonymity while depositing bitcoin to adult platforms.

good point mixers are also usable if in case you still wanted to be more anonymous if you are shy to braodcast your wallet identity for porn activity.

You can always make another wallet I guess, and I think there is nothing to be ashamed of liking porn because we are just humans and we are lustful in nature. As long as we are not hurting anyone because of porn that is acceptable.

Yes I also heard the news that bitcoin and porn sites have worked together. I've seen the news that in order to combat piracy, porn sites cooperate with blockchain. I also saw a lot of porn sites that accept bitcoin payments. Perhaps the cooperation of both parties have the intention in the continuity of each.

I think with bitcoin we will not need paypal anymore as bitcoin has all the features for as a payment system and is available to every corner of the world while paypal is only a  limited payment system for limited people.
