I am personally not believe what regular porn watchers will switch to BTC. Just because a lot of talks around bitcoins and still unconfirmed legality status. Also, I think, it's not a very good idea for porn site owners, because they will lose in monthly fees (member will need to renew their membership manually, because there not will be any recurring payments).
For porn sites who accept BTC I know only http://pornhub.com and http://videos.apornstories.com, second site have just announced their members section (they will accept only BTC payments).
