Sorry about your loss. I also lost a small amount there and don't expect to get it back. Bter recovered from the NXT hack but I think this new hack's too big for them t recover from. The lack of updates from them is annoying. We have heard nothing for over a day now.

I was lucky because I've used bter.com a few months ago for trade archcoin after the ico and after I withdrew all the coins. Remember , don't keep your "money" on an exchange.

i will never keep money on foreign exchange we are helpless due to different law and regulations. these time i am planning to open crypto exchange.
