Don't be in a hurry. Follow ur previous plan. BCX is smart enough to fork the blockchain starting from a block after the checkpoint.

I still think the deposits should be suspended until after the "attack".

Just my opinion...

Nah he is bullshitting us. Plus if proof arises that he is actually doing this, coblee will make another checkpoint im sure, and we will update once more.

Still no answer?

So if 51% does happen and people lose LTC because YOU opened up deposits.  Will you cover those losses?

Just take some PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. Either use the service provided OR NOT.

No one forces users/miners/traders to use any particular exchange or crypto community service.

There's no reason to be a fucking dick.  Fine, won't use them then.  Jesus.

And here I thought the Litecoin community was cooler than bitcoin's.  Fucking asshole.

While Bitlane may be harsh in his approach at times, he is absolutely correct. The decision has to be on the people who have skin in the game; you decide since it's your skin.

he is absolutely correct.

Yes that was a great way to respond to newcomers to LTC.  I guess fuck this forum too.

Yeah, I really see LTC getting off the ground with this positive community attitude.  Lol, and I'm on your side.

Bitcoiners, we understand you want to grow the *coin community and resent any negativity/rudeness that could harm that goal.

You need to understand that the harsh responses you received are due to our hatred of moochers who wish to personalize profit by trading on btc-e, while expecting the exchange to subsidize the well-known downside risk cost.

You've done some due diligence and that's a good thing.  But when you demand btc-e coddle a worldwide group of highly intelligent adults, as if they are children needing protection from Bad Guys, it's insulting and objectionable.

Hence, you got flamed.  Don't worry about it; anyone too thin skinned to deal with internet meanies isn't going anywhere near btc/ltc exchanges.  I mean, have you ever read the btc-e shoutbox FFS?

Oh, and the fact you counter-flamed while bemoaning negativity is hypocritical.  Why don't you blacklist this forum in your hosts.txt so you don't accidentally surf here again on purpose?
