I am hoping to find a programmer who can create some sort of plugin for the Windows portable version of Electrum that will allow me to import a list of Bitcoin addresses (2000+ in total ideally), that Electrum will monitor for transactions. I do not need the ability to import the private keys for these addresses or any other functionality.
