Vircurex problem with DGC wallet?

Seems it took a while for Vircurex to update to Digitalcoin V3, a mandatory update, which they did in the beginning of February. Since then I have been unable to generate an address for my Digitalcoin account and continue to get a message: "Creating new addresses is currently not possible, please try again later." No luck contacting support.

Can anyone create a Digitalcoin address on Vircurex?

Anyone have any insight or suggestions?

A number of DGC withdrawals issued in the past 2 weeks are stuck and have not made it into the blockchain. We will be cancelling the withdrawals and credit back the funds into your account. If you still want to withdraw them then please issue a new withdrawal.

Vircurex has problem with all wallet. I can't make address or withdraw at any currency. That site is almost died.

Vircurex has problem with all wallet. I can't make address or withdraw at any currency. That site is almost died.

I wonder if this is an issue only with certain accounts? I can create an address for other currencies, I can deposit and withdraw bitcoin for example, but not DGC. Wondering if I'm unable to create a DGC address because I have DGC in my account? Sure would like to get my DGC out of Vircurex! I can't get any response to my emails either. Would be better if they'd just reply and tell me to go to hell.

It's a relatively small amount really, but it's really irritating to me that I can't get my DGC out of this exchange.

Anyone have any advice on what I can do to get my DGC out of Vircurex?
