Best password manager?

I download this Android App few months back. Never used it because Firefox password manager already does the job. The app is PasswordBox. You should give it a try.

Personally I just let my browser to remember passwords for me. I don't know if that is a good thing to do and honestly I don't care.

I use keypass for the not-so-important sites and the important ones I just store them in my brain or write them in my diary in a way that only I can decipher them, if I ever forget about them i.e.

All passwords should be different and random. Use something like keepass to keep track of your passwords.

KeePass is opensource and free and is a great product. However, if you use multiple OSes, the support for them is limited to 3rd party apps or emulator software ( which usually isn't very good ).

If you need better multi-OS support, I've heard good things about 1Password, but this is a paid product.
