They don't allow access via tor or any other known proxies. I don't think you can even access their site via a proxy.

If I had to guess this is to stop law enforcement from farming the entire content of their forums.

you won`t be able to access the forum even if you have an account. so better use proxy or tor to access the forum and make yourself an acc

Its just automatically regenerate the vpn things

you could also use a vps and connect from that, there are many nodes and many ip, it's impossible that they are all blocked

Im using cyberghost premium vpn (it was in some promotion for free, 1 month or 3 i dont remember) and i have zero problems accessing hackforums
via it, no matter what country i choose to tunnel from.
Why do u need an account there, im pretty sure we can help you here also, feel free to PM with issue.
