I have waaay too many PSUs right now(I'm an addict, help me kick my addiction!), so I'm consolidating a bit.  All prices are before shipping.

Ideally Corsair HX850 or similar. Or an evga 1300 supernova G2 Gold. Looking to power an S5 - or power two S5's efficiently.

The LEPA 1600 should be able to do that.

Agreed...I have 15 of those LEPA's and they work really well. You just have to pay attention to the rails.

I don't have any more cables, just the ones that I found that wouldn't work for you because they were only single PCIe connections per cable, not two.  I do have a CX750M, however.  What were you looking to pay for one?
