I hope so, I play games on steam almost everyday and all the time without getting paid a bit . I just like it and there are a ton of people like me, so giving us a chance to make money for something we already like would be awesome to begin with.

I tried to register once but I didn't received any mails (I tried it again just now and I still failed by the way, no mail has come to me to finish the registration) so I decided not to, for betting purposes you don't really need to, all you need is a bitcoin wallet that you can get the money when you win. However that will change if this steam thing returns, than I will try my hardest to find a way to register and be part of it because I really do wonder what it is and how we can make money with it and how much it pays.

 Lol i think they will soon remove this feature,  I am predicting they cannot sustain a 10k satoshi  every 24 hours for each  members, thats like a 24 hours income normal gtx 1070 gpu mining, and for us we are just by playing a minimum of 30 minutes  steam games.

I don't think that they will remove this feature. The process might be too slow for the people who have been looking for this feature that they have introduced before. But it's a very effective way to advertise their casino through playing with two games (Dota 2  & CSGO). I'm sure that onehash will hear out everyone's concern here. Whatever that technical issue they are going through right now, hoping for it quick resolution.

I doubt there is like a million people who take advantage of this, as long as you fix any issues there are in the system than you can just allow people to mine. It won't be big enough to change anyone's life but it would be honestly great addition of income for people who will already play games.

Don't mistake this with making money for moneys sake and just playing to make an income, no, this is the type of amount that would help you if you are already going in the game, if you are not going to play you will not start playing for this type of amount. That is why it is a great idea, its not making people give up other stuff and start playing, it only makes people start using it only if they were playing anyway which eliminates many people from default. Of course that could be different in some countries where making this much money is still decent.

Being paid to play is a dream for most but yes I agree it is not sustainable for the company who does it if they are not receiving any amount back from those same users who are playing.
This amount per 24 hours is $0.388usd per user and there could be 10,000 players doing this at any given time. And that amount could bankrupt them eventually if they dont have some way of getting these players to purchase something in some form from them.

If there would be couple more games that would be much better, I mean there are ton of games that are making headlines these days and since its only steam I would say pubg is still out there killing it over many games, team fortress maybe and I don't know what else is big on steam but adding pubg to the list would make me wanna play a bit more, I didn't play it too much but I would definitely start considering more game time into it if I could make some money with it.

Actually there's already a good tournament for Dota 2 now but I don't know why onehash isn't covering for the WESG2019. It's one of the greatest tourneys like the SEA games of the typical sports that we want. There's already a tournament for Dota 2 and you can use those affiliate balance you have.
They are now covering the Starladder IMBATV Minor.
