How long does it take for a withdrawal request to be confirmed?

From my experience is no longer than 1-2 hours in most cases, but I don't know about the official policy.
My payout request is still not processed for 17hours now seems they doesnt have any funds to cover the withdrawal request.

4p0l4k4y - Don’t worry, we have funds to cover all the withdrawals  Smiley

Our team is working really hard to proceed all of them as fast as we can.
Our process consists of two phases: user e-mail confirmation and staff confirmation.
Please make sure that you’ve confirmed your withdrawal request via email, only then we’ll be able to finish the process on our side.

If you'll have any problems, feel free to contact us!

Wtf! Sorry mate I didnt know about an email confirmation procedure of onehash. Now I already confirmed it sorry if I was rude Smiley

I help small and medium business owners increase brand awareness by creating engaging content, customer support, managing email marketing, and implementing automation.

hey , I noticed that I received the following email :
Quote
There hasn't been any activity on your account for 83 days.
If you remain inactive for another 7 days, you will be charged a maintenance fee.
As you know, the use of OneHash wallet is free of charge as long as the user remains active. Should a user become inactive (i.e. no mutual betting activity nor 'Live' section games activity in a period of at least 90 calendar days), a OneHash wallet maintenance fee shall be charged monthly in the amount of 0.005 BTC provided that the OneHash wallet balance is positive. Furthermore, once a user becomes inactive (same definition as above), all deposit bonus-related OneHash credits are taken away.

so I really don't get it , you really charge people money in case they are inactive ? and why to do so cause seriously you are the only site I know that does this
also I still don't get it , you deduct 5mbtc per month ? like if I have only 10K sats for example you will keep deducting btc monthly and once I decide to start playing again I have to pay you the 5mbtc for each month that I was away ?

What about Financial betting? When it will be available again?

For now, betting on the markets is not available. Check our thread or follow the updates: https://www.onehash.com/updates

I am using Onehash since 2017 so i can see myself what is available or not.

Financial betting for me is a main feature of Onehash. Can you give me a clear answer: Do you plan to make financial betting available again on Onehash?

In https://www.onehash.com/updates we can read "Do you have a feedback or want to see something added or changed in OneHash? Write to out support, or post your comment".  So you must know - for now i am not satisfied client of Onehash. I write to your support chat, to contact@onehash.com, now i write here. But seems you not interested in your clients needs.

now I have less than 1 mbtc in my balance in one hash , so let's say I come back to the site one year later will I find my balance on negative with compounded 5 mbtc fee ?
like will I find my balance -60 mbtc for example  Huh

i think they may just lock/delete your account maybe ? Because it says "provided that the OneHash wallet balance is positive"

Onehash is not scam site, Onehash is very good betting site. But another problem of Onehash is absolutely terrible support.

Typical problems of Onehash support:
1) Support cant answer on untypical questions - answers of support usually is "copy/past" of F.A.Q. for beginners
2) If i write my suggestion in support chat/email, i cant understand from support answers - my suggestion is interesting/will be realized in Onehash or not
3) Support cant give answers about when approximately your problem will be solved - only answers like "I will send your details to our IT department in order to check it"

Maybe the system of tickets will be helpfull in Onehash support? I dont feel your interest in client problems/suggestions

Play 1 game in dota and then come back to your onehash page and it should say that you are erified

You have to be verified in able to get earning, follow all the instructions as one of your picture says that you aren't verified and one has an "X" so it means that you aren't eligible.
