interact e-transfer is reversible. I suggest using local bitcoins for such a transaction. You will have to probably pay over 20% bitstamp rate for such a high risk payment method.

Ok nevermind.. Apparently I can deposit money with an unverified account through "Vogogo" on cointrader.net
I live in a remote area with no cell service, users on localbitcoins require SMS verification aside from the high prices they sell them at..
