I am using the igot since several months but today it looks suspiciuous. I am not able sell btc right now. Can any one please confirm , you are getting same error right now or not. There might be some issue in the system, its better you contact support first ( if not contacted already). Not able to place order is surely not suspicious, may be inconvenience. Hi,
I have been dealing with IGOT for quite a while and wanted to let you know that for the past 6 months, my experience has been nothing but sad.
This company has been facing a lot of problems due to which the bitcoin withdrawal/deposit time has been just out of control. I have a transaction pending since 12 days and an unanswered ticket for the past 9 days which i find highly annoying and unprofessional. If IGOT are facing some problems due to which the transactions are taking longer than required to be processed, why not let the customer's know in advance to expect delay in sending / receiving bitcoins? Why not put a warning on your homepage to make the customer's aware. I had to transfer money for currency trading and now i have lost that window of opportunity. My last transaction took more than 3 weeks to be processed. Last time i was told by their support staff that all their problems will be solved by 30th Sep 2015. I was told that they will refund all the transaction fees that has been charged to me until now which i am yet to receive. This is not the way to treat your customer's.
These delays have cost me a lot of money but i guess these guys just don't care now.
I had lot of faith in IGOT but i guess i was wrong.

igot is a totally scam site, the owner and the staff details and their office addres and all details what they are providing is all false and wrong. even their offices in abroad are wrong. This site is nothing but a big scam.

As far as I heard last time their office was located in Delhi. Now this is their Bangalore office. Do check out if office exists on such address. Also why their mail id is private and not of company. Their is no Indian contact number for any support. Highly suspicious .

Wow!!! thanks for the info, I never heard they had an office or existence in Delhi, I knew that they had existence in Hyderabad, but later found out that they are registered as a software and web designing company in Bangalore India. But they hail from Australia. This all in all was a master plan chalked out by iGot probably. When they came into operations they were behaving fine but like I read the whole plan was some kind of PONZI, they were paying older investors / depositor with the money they got from the new investors / depositors and now when they have plenty of investors / traders / depositors they have run away. This idea does makes sense, because previously only fiat withdrawal was having problem but not both fiat withdrawals as well as bitcoin transfers are all pending. They are not replying in their twitter account which again is not updated for a long time now, neither they reply to support tickets. Their blog is not updated, their bitcoin addresses used for cold storing is not traceable. Everyone is just complaining but we need to get to a solution catch this guys and get all the money out be it $0.01 or $10000000000. We all have to collectively and actively take part in this and bring them to the open market. |

No One exactly knows about who heads iGot in India, but this guy Rick Day and that email id found with ROC India which has a name of P. Swamy are known to be either from India or Indian origin. What I do not understand is how easily these people flee away with money and there is nothing that we can do at all. Be it India or any other country. There should be some system developed where anyone doing ecommerce business or financial transactions over internet websites either for fiat or for digital crypto currencies should display their photo, ID proof, complete contact details which would be verified by 3 different officials like a police man, a HC judge and a local MLA - all such documents should be present in the website of the holder or in a centralized website made by the govt. |

They are accepting new signups. But if you want to withdraw the money or btc. You will not able to transfer. They told they are developing new management system. But when it will come god knows. I would like to know how many people here are using IGOT.COM and is the withdrawal and deposit of INR immediate or how much time does it take it.

Customer support is good but they did not know when the igot (technical end) will give the offer for withdraw the money or btc. |
