Please ONLY vote if you have actioned one of the above items in relation to the Bitcoinica theft.
(Suggest more options if you feel the need)

This is merely to measure the tangible actions people have taken and show how much of a shitstorm has been created.

I've written a post here, thinking it had just made a simple mistake.
Then read up on it a little and realized I shouldn't be talking at the grown up people table.

Private investigation, and to be paid for my time in BlowBobs.

Started a thread to lay it all out, but my friend BadBear moved it to off-topic. No picnic basket for him this Christmas.  Tongue

PS: Maria and I are officially internet dating. I'm not sure what she does on her end of the internet, but I know what the hell I do on my end. (Please, God, let Maria be a girl...just once, let me get this one right.)

I still have yet to figure this trend out... it was the same when I left a year ago.

General Pattern:

-Some moron gets thousands of $$$/BTC/Both stolen/hacked/whatever
-Some website was hacked in the process
-MtGox usually GOXXXES somebody
-Everyone gets up in arms
-Rinse and Repeat, as necessary.

Suggested Solutions:

-It is unethical to let a sucker keep their money
-Protect shit you find valuable
-Who cares who lost what and who got hacked?

Hide money under your mother's mattress.  After all, I've been hiding money under your mother's mattress for years, and to no ill effect.
