1) Why are you posting in Bitcoin discussion instead of marketplace?
2) Why should anyone believe a newbie account selling PayPal money is not going to scam them?  It appears PayPal My Cash cards can be purchased with credit cards, which could be stolen or have charges reversed even if not stolen, and it seems likely that this would lead to deposits being reversed in PayPal.  Even buying gift cards can lead to being scammed, and escrow won't prevent a cash reversal.
