Ok, let's recap... i posted March 20, about the 2000mbtc bonus. back then i have 506 lucky pts. then i got this reply -> HI,
OK babatoken; I see 2000mbc there and I see 9 so far ready to credit , it only releases in increments of 10, it doesn't trickle in pennies etc
But just confirming a few things.. (but so far I can confirm it IS tracking it, just hasn't released it to him yet because it hasn't grown high enough)

so i have 9 so far ready to credit according to you. this is march 21. ---- so now, as we speak... i have this...  i think the bonus is working now... BUT, please enlighten me, it doesnt connect with me... like you said before i have 9 so far ready to credit... and that was on March 21 when i only have 506 lucky pts. when i stopped playing yesterday, as you can see on the picture... i have 627 lucky pts. i accumulated more than 100lucky pts since the day you said i have 9 credit ready to go so far... it just doesnt add up... as you can see in the picture i only managed to released 0.25mbtc out of 2000mbtc... I don't expect to have hundreds of mbtc as my rakeback because i know how rakeback works and i havent been able to grind a ton in your site. Yes I do understand and I'm trying to see if there is away to figure out the amount right now as we speak. but the reality of the facts are (as with any computer glitches) that previous rake back might not be brought back. I can't sugar coat something and make up a number and say here you go. We spend TONS OF MONEY on promos, ADDS, FREE ROLL, ETC ETC, Hope those will make up for it. Mean time I'm looking into what can be done w rake back. But the good news is that it is working NOW and no one else will have this issue. Also don't forget that you withdrew your funds 3/8/15 and I was a gentlemen and credit your account the 2000mbc casino bonus rake back manually. Any other casino/poker site once you make a withdrawal you lose your rake back but i went back in there and added it back for you:) |

Thank you for your support. You playing or not on our site is 100% your choice as well as everyone else choice. And bitcoin sites going in and out is not our worries we pay about 10BTC a month in losses on GTD and FR and its in our budge to this for the next 10 years. Wow, very happy to see you have sufficient fund to support your business, it's awesome. Have you earned any live tournaments before? I know poker celebrity Gus Hansen had a poker site and he sold that for 20 million USD. So I guess you have earned a lot in poker tours, that's why you invest a huge amount money(10BTC * 12 *10 = 1200BTC budget) on this site. If you can make the poker house more bigger and famous, that's every customer wanna see, especially me.  Good luck. |

I received the bonus yesterday you have to sign up then post your username and then the admin will deposit the 5 credits manually. |
