Wow i wish i lived in your country...here it is areound 3euros per hour and that isn't so bad job. May go even as low as 2.50 euros per hour...you work whole week for that ammount.

Signature campaign requires a lot of free time and patience, so does account farming. If you cannot post constructively, you won't be able to join any campaign as all of them requires constructive posts. Account farming is pretty risky as the market demand is very low and you would require time to farm them. I would recommend OP to work and convert them to BTC.

Easiest way is to find a job , work a little paid , get paid and buy Bitcoin .

There plenty of mini-jobs that are paid in BTC and I am sure you find something suitable. search this forum in Beginners & help section for further info, there are plenty of similar topics with the recommended links.
