I will pay $600 to anyone that designs a prize table for me for the following game (aiming for an overall payout ratio between 90-95%) :

[D1] ... [D2] ... [D3] ... [D4] ... [D5] ... [D6]

There are 6 dice (or levels)

User pays per play... eg: $1.
Then rolls Dice 1 (or Level 1). And the possible outcomes are;

i) Level Up... to Dice 2 / Level 2 (next level -- where the win values / ranges are higher)
ii) Lose! Game over!
iii) Win an amount of money (random, within a range)
iv) Win an amount of money (random, within a 2nd range)
v) Win an amount of money (random, within 3rd range)
vi) Some special event perhaps, option to double/nothing. Or gain a "life" (protection from gameover). Perhaps lose some money. You can randomize these events into a probability table to help balance the payout ratio. And keep things interesting! This is flexible - see what ideas you have.

----
Two potential variations of this game:

1) Cumulative... Prizes paid are irreversible. And play continues until "Game Over" (ie. A question of how much the player earns along the way before game over)

or

2) Risk! Player keeps going until they don't dare continue any further. eg. GameOver forfeits all prizes earned along the way.

* If you choose risk; you might be able to design an event that feeds a jackpot fund along the way... That can only be won on the final dice or whatever.

------

But what I need is the prize table.

How much does each level pay, the random ranges of the wins, the probabilities (and costs) of the random events.

Show your workings. So your method & numbers can be checked!

I will try to do the "Cumulative mode".

(Edit)
I have an algorithm that calculates the prizes ( 0.9304783950617738 return over 1) from a prize table.
It's based on this:
i) Nothing (next level)
ii) Nothing (next level)
iii) Small price (0.10 ~ 0.35)
iv) Medium price (0.15 ~ 0.40)
v) High price (0.20 ~ 0.45)
vi) Higer price (0.30 ~ 0.80) and live (protection against ii).

I can send you the code (HTML + JavaScript), so you can play with it and adjust the prizes (you don't need special skills for this, because your web browser can execute JavaScript code).

Now, I will start the second mode.

I have finished the work and sent a PM. Do You accept escrow?

I left some values of the prizes table for risk mode (0.9319272976680386 return):

i) Nothing (next level 0)
ii) Nothing (next level 0)
iii) Small price (0.10 ~ 0.40)
iv) Medium price (0.20 ~ 0.50)
v) High price (0.20 ~ 0.60)
vi) Higer price (0.30 ~ 1.00) and live (protection against ii).

Like the previous mode, It's just a JavaScript with a prizes table that you can edit.

If You preffer the option to double/nothing, ask me, because It's not difficult to add it to the code. Smiley

IMO you would get alot of interest if you escrow that $600. Is the payment in bitcoin?
