What do you think about this Beercoin and Pizzacoin?
http://bitforum.info/t/friday-nights-will-change-with-beercoin-and-pizzacoin/306/1

Hmmmm.. I think its hilarious and maybe innovative,  but do you think it will succeed?

Maybe they shouldve made a coin called FridayCoin as payment for pizza and beer and maybe they could integrate more usage of the coin that relates to friday nights. Sporting event tickets, ferry ride, train ride etc...

I was just imagining things.

Both Beercoin and Pizzacoin have been released already. Neither of them did very well. I heard about someone who managed to get drunk using bitcoin, but I never heard about anyone getting drunk using Beercoin or buying pizza using Pizzacoin. I don't think new versions of Beercoin and Pizzacoin will catch on.

It is as stupid as it gets. Maybe at the same level of stupidness with darkblackcockcoin although the latter at least is funny. It is also too 2014...And what do you find "maybe innovative"?

Why would you even make a thread about this shit? Are you a holder hoping to sell at 1 satoshi more? Those coins should have been locked at once. Not deleted though just to remind the people of level of the idiocy some people have when it comes to 'investing' time, resources and money.

Nice to see that the two threads are closed. Fewer people will spend time wasted reading about it.

Innovative? They're probably the dumbest alt coins I've heard of recently, but then again most alt coins are stupid and worthless anyway. Nobody needs specific coins for every individual thing. We've got bitcoin that covers everything we need.
