Hi

I need someone who can rip a design layout based on HTML/CSS and replace all elements with my own design.
This means you must have through html CSS knowledge to do this as well as high quality design skills to design the new interface

If you can do it skype me at: dmugetsu.an

I'm willing to pay but keep in mind the only hard part of this job would be the designing, ripping is only a matter of removing and replacing parts of HTML and CSS to suite my design.

Thanks
It would be changed the basic structure and layout of the HTML file?

Do You mean replacing background an colors?

It would help if you could give some more info.

You want your site to be in plain html?
