You can ORDER custom accounts but I would charge a tiny bit more for that and it may take some time (1day-5days). I don't buy accounts.

. Really, how hard was that. Minutes can be used to generate traffic. Hitleap is a traffic exchange running on computers and people are running them. There are plenty of paid to promote sites accepting hitleap views.
