Is it possible to set up a maverick mining rig and catch all the transactions that have too little value for the big miners, due to dust or too low mining fees attached?

It might nog be proffitable but it might contribute something to the community, or are there drawbacks to process those transactions?

What would you need to set it up and do you need a lot of mining power to catch those transactions?
