I have come into the possession of the LEGENDARY just-dice.com UID# 3958 (formally owned by Mechs).
In case you aren't up to snuff on your JD history, Mechs lost over 7000BTC playing on JD before it re-opened with CLAM.
This account is a piece of just-dice.com history. I will see if I can dig out some screenshots later showing mechs's loss.

First off, It's a free market and I figured that if some whale wanted to be distinguished at JD that was a decent price.
The benefit of having lower UID on JD basically goes as such: Avoid mass bans, Easy to remember UID and of course lower UID = bigger e-peen
