The problem is that Valve disallowed to gift CS:GO. Now there's possible only to buy game for yourself, not as gift to keep it in inventory. It's a shame to...

But if you bought CS:GO before this change was introduced you still have giftable version of CS:GO in your inventory.
It is the same as recent change of Skyrim: Legendary Edition, you can't buy it anymore, but I still have unredeemed version of (now very rare!) Skyrim Legendary.

Fortunately this is not the true. Let me write what happened: @rat ordered $20 steam wallet card a month ago, he didn't attach enough fee. So his payment got firsts confirmations just few days ago and Bitshop script on my site is purging database for non-paid orders every 14 days. The control over private key is gone, forever. He thinks I'm lying and I have control over coins, so here's the address https://blockchain.info/address/1CUdHAsJQMAmse3vxzJQyo5R95RAUNVp3R which will show that the Bitcoins will not be moved to other address after week, month, year, decade, etc. As both of us are on loss and my site was made mainly as my hobby and with love to Bitcoins I have offered 65% (13 USD/20 USD) of recover of his loss from my private funds. He chose to call me scammer.

To avoid further problems of these kind: if you've sent Bitcoins without fee and after (let's say) 10 days there's no any confirmation... just contact me. Usually I'm online more than a half of a day and I'm always ready to provide friendly support since 2012...
