PoW is Proof of Work a.k.a. Mining

PoS is Proof of Staking a.k.a Mining by keeping Coins in your wallet open

I was intrested but requiring devs to actually do the work to me means no actual dev to fix any problems along the way.

this is amazing man  Grin Grin Grin really long time ago dont come over ann to research, ipos time pased, bonus mining ect ... now creates the coins with the proof of job of others, paying with a not existing premine, this is cool man, i try to make a logo design to win such generous reward.

I'd say 37 minutes/block is too long. Just think... people would have to wait over an hour and a half for a transaction if it were 3 confirmations. I'd suggest 1-5 minute block speeds.

So what's special about this coin? You should really think about updating the op with more details. If you were posting from a Hero account, it wouldn't be so bad, people would check this thread from time to time even with your bare bones pre-ann. With a newbie account, it'll be a lot harder to keep people coming back here without some juicy tech/feature. You need at the very least some kind of roadmap. Anyways good luck with the project.
