Sounds a little dodgy.

Probably only a few members that could buy 200BTC in 1 or 2 transactions.

Try the usual currency exchangers like cryptology, shdvb, Dr-Exchanger.

Be aware people, only send such amount of BTC / money for a trade through PayPal if you réálly trust the counterparty.

Thus, in this situation, leave it. It will probably turn out to be a big scam. PayPal transactions are reversible.

would appear the op also recently posted another thread trying to sell $200 worth of BTC for paypal after this thread but then deleted it after I linked back to this one.

Tagged him as a scammer to stop wasting everyone's time.
