It seems this could be Prototype for new scam. Hide premine, stake it and dump it while ppl are busy with hard low block reward minig.

1010       nSubsidy = TAX_PERCENTAGE * CIRCULATION_MONEY;

That's in the main.cpp file
In the main.h file you will find that TAX_PERCENTAGE = .015 and CIRCULATION_MONEY = MAX_MONEY = 50,000

It's not exactly hidden, but he wasn't up-front about it either.

So....pardon my ignorance and lack of ability to read any kind of code whatsoever....but does the 50,000 total coins mean that the POW will be 1000 coins, and the PoS will make it 50000 total after the 50000% ? or will POW be 50000 coins?
