offering 0.4 btc for API help.

issue: The Api, according to blockchain.info. should be impossible to Exceed.

if i use the API by myself i can request about 100/200 Requests per second and everything works fine.

if someone else enters my website and use the API it will Crash and reboot within Seconds (It will almost flash up and down) if more then 2 people use it it will log offline for about 1 min.

i've had contact with blockchains support but they won't help me much. all the can offer is a new API.
