Personally i used Mycelium. Good interface and user friendly too ~ikiYes, agree. I'm switched from MutilBit (Desktop) to Mycelium last year. And I am still using it. Mycelium is lack of features but.. it have an extremely newbie friendly interface. Thus, making it easier to use.

So sad! This profile does not appear as the #1 result (on anonymous) Google searches anymore.

I am still using blockchain.info wallet on android. It is very basic but works. I mainly use it to display an address QR code for bitcoin ATMs.

Personally i reccomended blockchain.info since it's offer access for many devices & have good security But, if you need very good security. Then try Bitcoin Wallet / Mycelium, both of them have good security & very trusted too
My suggestion, don't use wallet which controlled by third party like coinbase
Blockchain.info doesn't have great security. The history of hacks at Blockchain.info is uncountable. If you value your coins more than convenience, use myceilum or Bitcoin Wallet.

Mycelium and blockchain.info are probably your best options. Mycelium would be my first preference.
Don't trust any wallet until you control your private keys. Mycelium and blockchain.info let you control your private keys. Keep a backup of these private keys secure.

I'd be wary keeping too much btc in an android wallet, fine for small amounts but any more I'd recommend making your own paper wallets.

True. I would suggest Bither. It is easy to use and secure. If you have two android phones or one android phone & one iOS phone, you can use HDM. HDM == Multisig HD wallet. It is the first wallet to introduce it. You will be secure with it. -MZ

I would say Mycelium and Blockchain.info are the best in Android. Haven't use Mycelium for a long time, so can't give a review for it. But I've been Blockchain.info wallet for over a years and never had a serious problem, instead it's nice that you can access your Blockchain.info wallet from both browser and Android apps.

I like Bitcoin Wallet, very easy to use, and it uses nodes like a desktop, no central service is needed for Bitcoin-related operations. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Flh5.ggpht.com%2FTwyReye031DsotYVKGSR2w3IMg10gOQ6s61THiCRAAHdBt_Q1nQV_G6rkEh-Z7YC_ZYR%3Dh900&t=663&c=xvsJuy3RrLQYgQ)

I recommend using Android Wallet by Andreas Schildbach. It's easy to use and convenient to newbies too. Been using this wallet for almost a year now and I haven't encountered even a single problem. Definitely worth the time to download.

I already use the backup before the day my phone got reset so cant use it anymore. Lost about 60mBtc there in the wallet That's why you need to make multiple copies of your backups and keep it in a safe and secured place. In that way you will prevent another loss if you accidentally reset your phone and have the backup wiped along your phone's data.
