You can be very smart yet still stupid. You've also got to be more than just academically intelligent to run these sorts of markets. You need to be cunning and make sure you've covered your tracks. I'm looking forward to this documentary but it seems biased and made from the side that he's not responsible for Silk Road.

I'm interested in seeing this especially from what angle they take. Hope they present the info in a neutral fashion and present all the evidence impartially  like a good documentary should.

From the trailer it seems to be all from the pro-Ross camp and his family saying how he couldn't possibly be involved, but we now know he was because he admitted it. That could put a whole new spin on the documentary unless they added an extra bit to it after the triak.

He could have start an other legal start-up or go build SR in an other country.

I suppose he could have set up SR in a worse location. He could have tried to find empty office space somewhere near 935 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. although most of us would have chosen possibly Bhutan or Cuba.
