1. Provably fair is a very basic requirement for bitcoin gambling, but it looks like your game is not provably fair. I am not saying your site is not fair, but you simply can't prove it to your players and as a result it will be hard for you to attract players.
2. Your house edge is way too high. Dice site has a 1% edge in general, while your 5 circles have a 7%, 4%, 6.4%, 5% and 3.3% respectively.

Some additional minor issues.
1. There is no sound effect, and hence I am not sure why there is a "mute" button at the top right corner.
2. In the FAQ, you mentioned that we can play without registering an account. I can't seem to find a way to do it.
