If I understand correctly you want a clean, fresh Bitcoin Core wallet and don't care about your old one at all?

If that's the case, close Bitcoin Core and then delete the file wallet.dat located in the data directory.

The next time Bitcoin Core starts you will have a fresh new wallet.
