Hey is there a wallet that can have multi altcoins eg: btc, ltc, doge etc exist?

holding the balance of all those alt coins secured, no not that I know of... and I wouldnt trust it that way either.

just use a online wallet for all, if you dont want a desktop wallet.

Try omniwallet. Im using it for my mastercoins which share normal BTC addresses. Im not sure if its useful for what you want tho.

I would trust an exchange more than an online wallet. Cryptsy's dodgy, but I would trust it more than any online wallet.

you can use your account at online altcoin exchange as your wallet to store multiple altcoins in single account, no need to download blockchain

There is a multi wallet called MuCoWa, but its website is offline today and the source code is obfuscated.
