How long did it take for you to pay him? Why was there a delay?
I've updated the feedback left. This one will be staying.
staying? Is there any reason why did you delay the repayment ?  The feedback remain stayed because you're late to confirm this problem. If you can clarify faster, this should not happen. the story is like following, he joined our giveaway and got 0.2btc , he played and at the same time deposit 0.6btc and then he wagered 1 btc and withdraw all his money but he withdrawed to a wrong btc address that the system can not process automaticlly. he blamed on the forum everywhere. I said ,would you please stop blame, and then I will cancel your withdrawal, and you withdraw again.but we failed the communication and which bring us a lot bad name. and then the delay is almost 7 days. I cancelled the withdraw and pm him , because there are too many bad things over this insue ,we suggest him stay in our site for few days and try to tell the world, the real story between us ,and bring us out of bad names by refering someone in. he refused and started a scam report, which make this topic hot. you all see is that we withhold player's money,he invite someone put neg trust on me (I am not familiar with this forum), and suddenly I get 17 negs ,the things become worse. I pm him and make sure he can remove all the negs after I send him his btc, and I did it . and now waiting for his action. my friends , we are not scammer at all , we are just pushing our fair game to you all. best regards. |

Why did it take you 5 days to respond to him after you didn't process his withdraw to an invalid wallet?
Why did you tell him that he couldn't get his money unless he lied about what was going on?
Why did you avoid the issue when he PM'ed you and instead told him to recruit more people to play on your site?
Why have you still not paid "favdesu" yet?
Would you play on a site that withheld money from it's players for over a week?
Would you play on a site that encourages it's players to lie about their experiences?

firstly we say sorry to guybtc(ajareselde), but your withdraw of this 0.6btc won't be processed currently.
and only say sorry to you ,not others blaming here , who is acctually a cheater steal our giveaways.
the solution for guybtc(ajareselde) is like following:
1.all the deposits and withdrawal is automatic and immediate with GA set,and attention if you are in last giveaway,you need your wager meet.
2.any delay of valid withdrawal from now , we will pay 5% per hour. so if you delay for 2 hours ,you get 110%. 3 hours 115% etc.
3.for guybtc(ajareselde), we will give him another 1 btc as reward as our next 7 days' total wager to 50btc. another 2 btc as reward as our next 7 days' total wager to 100btc and so on .
we are honest to run this game, and wish the immediate deposit and withdraw will bring us good name in the next 7 days.
