I've had two support tickets open for two months each. One was a withdrawal that never hit the blockchain and one was a deposit that was never credited to my account after I made the deposit while their wallet was under maintenance. Neither issue seems to be all that difficult to resolve, yet for two months Cryptsy support reps continue to tell me 'We do apologize for the inconvenience. We will follow up with our wallet specialist regarding your withdrawal. We will update you soon as issue is resolved. Thank you for your patience.'
Then I wait a week and receive the same reply, over and over again.
Have you ever had support tickets at Cryptsy resolved after waiting on them for two months or longer?
I find it hard to believe they will eventually get to them when similar support tickets are probably piling up in their system every damn day.

To make you feel better, I can tell you I still have a Cryptsy support ticket pending for 3 months.
One month ago another Cryptsy support rep did follow up on this pending ticket. Guess what he asked me? He asked me if his colleague had answered my ticket or not.
Of course I replied him no.
Then no more reply until now...
