These guys are usually great! And they did reply quickly today, but I put in an order amounting to about 13 BTC today, and it has taken hours. When I asked the cust. support people what is going on, they said "Hey,

We're having a small glitch with the MtGox API.

All funds are 100% safe and the orders will be processed ASAP. "  Again, they have been great before. They usually do the transfer within an hour. Should I be concerned? What the heck does that mean? Are we talking about hours? Days? Are they in trouble? They have been so nice, thatI'd really like to keep working with them. Has anyone else encountered this?

Should be resolved fairly shortly, since the owner of MtGox just woke up. The problem appears to be that MtGox's "hot wallet" (the money not kept in cold storage) was depleted, so they have to pull out some funds from storage.

Yep am having an issue since it was my first btc transaction, not thrilled atm. Although I will say that Bitinstant's support has been helpful.

If your btc wallet is Mt.Gox and you choose transfers to btw address and not Mt.Gox, will it still get delivered?

Hi Charlie, I saw bitinstant doesn't accept btc-e coupons anymore, even before they got hacked, you guys have any particular reason for that? Thanks

Hey, that's false. We stopped accepting BTC-E coupons when the attack started.

As soon as trading starts, we will turn it back on.

Hey, sorry if my message came off as agressive- was not my intention.

Your question was a good one, and I wanted to make it clear to the forum members who may have thought like you.

I was gonna make it bold but I figured you'd think I was super mad lol

To the Bitcoin withdrawals problem or btc-e hack?

Well, I guess if it was between those two points, it was good enough.  Tongue
