hi i have 30 bitcoins in my wallet waiting to be spent but do not now on what any ideas ? do you have anythink i buy or invest in or just to spend it on help me spend it please

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Gamble them... Learn from them... Play the markets... Try alt coins... Buy goods & services...
Or just hold onto them (I suggest doing this with at LEAST some of them).

Save them, invest if you feel comfortable with the investors (who offer things from 1% a week to 6.9% a week and higher if you have large amounts to deposit).
