I would say there are more people in the 26 to 40 years who use and trade bitcoin globally.

Well, at least it shows that there are people in your age group who are into bitcoin. I believe there should be more bitcoiners around your age and I presume they should have a more stable job and career or probably more towards family oriented, and so since they all don't spend that long online, they might have missed this thread. I'm moving towards that (pretty close) hopefully I can still spend so much time, remaining as active as I am right now.

It seems there are a lot of "young" people that have joined the bitcoin party, and this is good. Well done !

Based on my experience until now, I think that Average Age for Bitcoin users is between 16-25 years.
I'm in older group and would like to see more people from my age group using bitcoin, people with stable jobs and business, who can contribute more to bitcoin.

26-40 is such a large group that it must be the winner. Also if we consider the boom the internet experienced in the 90s, and that people born in the 70s and 80s who went through that boom are now in the mentioned age, everything adds up nicely.

Yes, people that grew up with the dotcom bubble and the dawn of the Internet in the 90s, have all seen this before.

We, more than the older or the younger millenials, have seen how transformative and how far along, as well as, how long it took for the Internet to mature to what it is now.

The Internet was the first wave, Social Media the second wave, now Cryptocurrency is the third wave.

For the most part, bitcoin users are under 40, with the majority in their twenties. Naturally, there are exceptions. I am 40 plus!

LOL oh man I can hear that awful dial-up tone in my head when I see that AOL gif. When I switched from 14.4K to 56K I was blown away by the "speed". So much nostalgia... 20 floppy disks to back up my windows 95, 4 floppys for my bootleg copy of DOOM. Super excited about my "giant" 3GB HD...  Cheesy

I would assume were 26-40 yo, and mostly guys if you ask on average age of bitcoin user, but when you would ask for average age of bitcoin investor, i would probably say
about 40-60 year olds.
We are the ones trending the tech, and they are investing in it looking forward to thicken their balances.

cheers

Wow haven't seen this commodore in years. One of my friends had it and we had to wait 15 min for a game to load, this was a nightmare Grin
I had a NES at that time and it was much faster and better for gaming.

I'm the first vote for 1-16

You're never too young to become a success.

So.. you are between that age? Well.. I wanted to vote for 1 to 16 too but I feel that people here are more mature so..

There's a handful of users between that age. I am part of It.  It's generally young people you take an active interest between the age of 18-27

I fit into two of the age groups. Physically I'm in the oldest group, emotionally I'm in the under 17 group but I'd guess the Bitcoiner average age to be between 25-35.

Haha. I think it's probably around mid 20s. 24-27 I'm saying though kids seem to be more tech aware these days.

I only wanted 2 see u underneath the Purple Wayne.
