Social media was a great help to spread knowledge in bitcoin,it can help a lot in promoting it..but as what i have experience when i become a member of BITCOIN IN FACEBOOK,i have seen scammers thats wanted to help you to earn bitcoin for free but in return as you go with the flow it ends up on asking payments for their labor..some of them wanted to sign up to their referral code so they are the one who could benefit first.All i can say that in using social media its between positive and negative effect in promoting bitcoin.
