1.5 sounds about right but it would take a long time to sell. The high price point for hero/legendary accounts mean that there are few people who can afford to buy them.

It has positive trust. The "theoretical" account in question has neutral trust. Generally speaking accounts with positive/green trust tend to sell at a significant premium.
