  I ordered 2 units to the UK. I completed the whole process including putting my UK address in for shipping and nowhere did it say anything about domestic shipping only. Can you please send my bitcoins back asap.

Hey, sorry about no one responding, we get in and we have to go to the warehouse first, I will be sorting out tickets right now and I'm sure I will come across yours, it's been pretty hectic these past couple days, sorry for any inconvinence this caused.

How are you sending "NEW" units to people if they are not being produced anymore?

do you have a stock of "NEW" units lying around your office?

$50 more for a "NEW" unit over a used one....seems fishy to me.

It's exactly as you say, they were sent to a datacenter that wasn't ready for them and we picked them up and they were never used. We're just trying to give you guys the best possible price to be completely honest, we just want to try and help out our customers like we always have.

I was afraid of that. When I first dealt with you guys back when gridseeds came out you were top notch on shipping however several months ago I bought a Zeus miner from you guys after calling and getting a coupon code to reduce the shipping down to $100 from $200  the label was created the next day and the miner sat in your possession for 10 DAYS before the label was ever scanned for departure. Called and left a few voice mails for Bob I think it was and never got a call back.

As far as I can tell you guys just kept on mining with it, or it was never in your possession to begin with as it seems the above posts indicate.

I guess when you get the great deal of half price shipping it negates the advertised next day shipping. 

Sorry to hear about the Zeus miner, we don't mine with any of the units we get, we are strictly a distributor. If you are still interested in the Antminer S4's please send me a private message and see if we can't hash something out due to the problems you had with shipping in the past.

Zoomhash it a reputable company that has good people working for them.  Bob from sales has spent allot of time with me on the phone and I am a very small buyer.  They really want to help out anybody they can that is interested in mining.

These units are indeed loud, we have not experimented with any aftermarket fans or any other cooling methods as this would compromise the units lifespan so I would be unable to help you with the noise level. They pull about 1380 +- 10% from the wall.
