Hi, my good friend runs this etsy site:

Her house is full of beads and stuff (like, thousands upon thousands of beads) for making custom jewelry so she can probably work something out with you.
Everything on that etsy site is for sale for bitcoins at whatever the current exchange rate is when you make the purchase. However, my friend who makes the jewelry and runs the etsy site, Rochelle, has no interest in owning Bitcoins but I do.
So the way it would work is simple: Contact her on etsy and tell her which item you would like. She will then put aside/reserve that item for you. You can then send the Bitcoins me and I will drive over to her house and give her the cash for the item. She will then drop the item in the mail for you.
This works out great for everyone because I'm turning my cash into bitcoins, she's selling her jewelry, and you're directly spending your Bitcoins without having to turn them into cash first.
